Fabrication Services

Our facilities specialize in oil field fabrication, but we have ability to perform any steel, aluminum, or stainless project. We also have the capability to perform all fabrication related jobs in-house including burning, machining, drilling, bending, rolling, and welding .

Burn Department

The newest addition to our shop is a state of the art CNC Burning Table. It is equipped with a Thermal Dynamics Ultra-Cut 300 High Definition Plasma cannon, and four torch stations. We can cut 20 gage to 2 inch in stainless, aluminum, and steel with water mist capabilities and up to 8” with our torches. We can handle parts as large
as 10 feet wide by 40 feet long. Our burn department manager has 6 years experience utilizing AutoCad ™, Burny ™, and MTC™ software.

3D CAD

Our in house Mechanical Engineer has over 11 years experience utilizing, SolidWorks ™ 3D modeling package. We accept hand sketches to full engineering drawings in any 3D program. Our full time Inspection Department ASSURES that your parts will be delivered right, and on time.
